Philip A. Zukowsky is a partner in the firm's tax practice group. His practice includes planning for companies and individuals and for real estate and business transactions. Typical practice matters include structuring joint ventures, formation of partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations, public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, like-kind exchanges and financings. Mr. Zukowsky has an LL.M. in Taxation law from New York University School of Law. He has a J.D. and A.B., magna cum laude, from Loyola University (Chicago). Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Zukowsky was an Assistant Illinois Attorney General and was associated with the Smith & Schnacke (Dayton) and Benesch Friedlander (Cleveland) law firms. |
