Former Counsel for California Industrial Users in extended CPUC proceedings on restructuring of electric utility industry.
More general regulatory agency practice involved representation of corporate client interests in administrative proceedings of Department of Motor Vehicles, Air Resources Board, Board of Equalization and other state and local agencies.
