He joined the Company in 1977 after moving to the United States from Guyana, South America. Over the years, Phil held a number of other positions within the Company and developed well rounded experience in all facets of the Company's business. His educational background is in the financial field with a BS in Finance and Accounting from Brooklyn College and he passed the CPA examination in 1983. He works closely with CEO Robert Wallach on business acquisitions, marketing and equity ventures. |
