Phil Ruffner is president of Sundyne Corporation. He has been a leader at Sundyne and Sundstrand for more than 33 years. As President of Sundyne, Phil is responsible for managing a global engineering, manufacturing, operations and sales workforce across 5 plants located in America, Europe and Asia. He successfully led the acquisition of HMD Kontro, Maso/Sine, Ansimag and Caster into Sundyne Corporation. He also was instrumental in the successful merger of Hamilton Standard and Sundstrand Corporations following the acquisition by UTC in 1999. Ruffner also served as General Manager of Sundyne Europe, Vice President of Product Management, Director of Sealless Products and Director of Operations and Information Services during his career with Sundstrand Corporation. Ruffner holds an under graduate degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin Madison. He holds a masters degree in program management from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.
