Phil Ogden has responsibilities for development management and pre-acquisition due diligence at Gencom. Mr. Ogden has over 25 years of general contracting and project management experience. Prior to joining Gencom, Phil served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the East Region of CM&D, a real estate development management and consultant to the capital markets based in Honolulu, HI. He managed all aspects of operations for the NY based East Region including the Eastern half of the mainland US, Caribbean and Canada. In addition, Phil was the former Vice President and has 25 years of experience for two general contracting companies in New York, working in the private, government and municipal sectors. Phil Ogden received a Bachelors Degrees from Lafayette College in Civil Engineering and is a licensed professional Engineer in the State of New York. |
