Consistent growth based on new products and services responsive to client needs has been a hallmark of Phil's career. A chief executive with over 25 years of experience, he has led industry-leading companies or divisions in new and growing businesses. His career has included multinational telecommunications companies like Nortel, where he held a variety of VP positions and, for a number of years, in the Bell Northern Research laboratories where he worked on software development methodologies. He was also Chief Operating Officer at Aldus Corporation, where he led the company to deliver a series of new products to satisfy the markets served. Phil holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Gonzaga University and a MBA from the University of Oregon. He also has a professional engineering license in manufacturing engineering. |
