Phil Harker manages and directs engineering efforts at Allegiance, including design, development and production of the company's software products. Harker has 20+ years experience developing software in the financial services industry. He served as president and chief executive officer of Allegiance Technologies for four years prior to its acquisition by SilentWhistle. Previously, Harker spent more than sixteen years at Sterling Wentworth Corporation, including ten years as the senior vice president of technology. He has designed commercially successful expert systems for personal and business financial planning, profiling, and cross-selling. In addition, his teams have produced graphical development tools for the construction of point-of-sale software for life insurance, brokerage, and banking applications. He holds a B.S. and an M.S. in computer science from Brigham Young University. |
