Phil W. Barnhouse CPA joined PBI Bank in 1998 and serves as the Chief Financial Officer.
From 1992 to 1998 Mr. Barnhouse worked with Arthur Andersen LLP most recently as Audit Manager. He has a wide range of experience in corporate finance including equity and debt financing mergers and acquisitions and general advisory services.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of CPAs. Mr. Barnhouse earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Western Kentucky University and a diploma from The Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. |
