Peter Walcott is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel; Corporate Secretary for Entegris following his 24-years experience with Millipore and Mykrolis. Since the fall of 2000, he served as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel for Mykrolis; prior to that he served as the Assistant General Counsel for Millipore from 1981 until early 2001. Prior to joining Millipore he was in private practice with the firm of Sullivan & Worcester, Boston, MA for several years. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts; he is a member of the Boston and American Bar Associations. |
