Peter Schmitt has served as the SDS Chief Financial Officer since 2001. Prior to joining SDS, Schmitt held executive positions with several healthcare companies including CEO of Thione International, Inc., an over-the-counter pharmaceutical firm, and Executive Vice President and CFO of Isolyser Company, Inc., a publicly traded medical device and hospital supply company. Prior to accepting overall financial responsibility at Isolyser, Schmitt was General Manager responsible for Isolyser`s largest subsidiary, a $60 million revenue division. In addition to leadership roles within healthcare, he has five years of public accounting experience. Schmitt is a certified CPA, holds a Master`s degree in Accounting from Long Island University and a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Western Maryland College. |
