Prior to joining Win Win, Mr. Pang founded IPO PANG, P.C. a premier international law firm with offices in Guangzhou, PRC and Oakland, California. The firm specializes in assisting U.S. companies entering the Chinese business market.
Mr. Pang provides Win Win with over 25 years of international law, general business and entrepreneurial experience in both the US and mainland China. Mr. Pang plays an instrumental role serving as President of China Operations for the Company. In this capacity, he is in charge of overseeing all of our Southeast Asian operations and investments in China. Mr. Pang is primarily responsible for developing the key business and government relationships that have enabled the company to enter China. Mr. Pang also serves on the Board of Directors of the Company. Prior to forming IPO PANG, he served as General Counsel to Dole Foods, Assistant General Counsel to Nissan North America and Corporate Counsel to both Hershey Foods Corporation and Shell Oil Company. |
