Dr. Peter Lorange has served as a director of StreamServe since 1998. Since 1993, Dr. Lorange has been President of IMD, the International Institute of Management Development, an international post-graduate business school based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Dr. Lorange is also a director of Intentia AB, PharmaSoft Inc., ISS A/S, and Citibank International Plc, and has also served on the boards of directors of Kværner AS and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Dr. Lorange is a director of Paragon Capital Management LLC, the general partner of Paragon Limited Partnership, one of the Amerscan group of venture funds, and Amerscan Capital Management Ltd., the general partner of Amerscan Partners III, Limited Partnership. Dr. Lorange holds a Ph.D. in business administration from Harvard Business School, a master's degree in operations management from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the Norwegian School of Economics.
