Peter Livijn holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholms Univeristy and Lund University. Peter has 25 years of experience of the financial industry and has, among other things, been CEO of BDO Financial Services AB, Vice President of ABB Financial Consulting AB, Treasurer at Retriva AB, assistant Treasurer at AB Svensk Exportkredit and deputy Treasurer at FinansScandic AB, as well as Vice President of Customer Trading at Götabanken AB.
During his more than 10 years as a management consultant at SEK, BDO and ABB, Peter has been responsible for and participated in several strategic projects, concerning development and implementation of financial strategies & policies, steering principals, organization, funding and capital structure.
Peter has also worked with analysis, structuring and implementation of solutions within cash management, risk management, working capital management, profit & loss analysis, reporting and IT/IS solutions.
Furthermore, he has developed treasury processes within currency, debt, and liquidity management, risk management, asset management, cash management, etc. Peter has also procured and implemented funding and cash management services in the Nordic countries as well as in a number of other European countries, and has worked in capital rationalization projects.
The assignments have mostly been for larger international industrial, trade and service companies, as well as financial institutions and private equity companies. |
