Peter M. Hotz is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CHD Meridian Healthcare. He is responsible for strategic oversight of all on-site operations for the company, ensuring that all sites meet our high standards for client satisfaction. Additionally, he is responsible for sales and account management for CHDM, ensuring that the sales team is focused on a client-centric, comprehensive solution from the implementation process through contract renewal and scope expansion. Mr. Hotz has developed, managed and grown several successful healthcare organizations. He joined CHDM in July 2007, as part of the company’s acquisition of Continuum, a health coaching company that he founded in 1997. Prior to founding Continuum, Mr. Hotz was the founder, president and chief executive officer of Atlantic Health Group (AHG). Under his direction, AHG grew from a start-up to $25 million in 18 months and was the leading provider of occupational health services in the eastern United States. Before founding AHG, Mr. Hotz served as Chief Operating Officer for Occupational Health Resources (OHR), and held management positions with the CareSys Company, Price Waterhouse and American International Group (AIG) in Japan. Mr. Hotz earned his B.A. degree in economics from Ursinus College and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland. |
