Peter Garahan has more than 25 years of business experience with an extensive background in the technology and telecommunications sectors. He has served as a senior financial executive at three publicly traded companies, including vice president and treasurer of UNC, Inc.; senior vice president and chief financial officer of Intersolv; and vice chairman and chief financial officer of Teligent, Inc. Mr. Garahan has also served as chief operating officer of Chartway Technologies, president and chief executive officer of Medical Decision Systems, and chief operating officer of Amteva Technologies. At each of these private companies, Mr. Garahan played an important role in the successful sale to large public companies after raising private equity capital. Over the past ten years, Mr. Garahan has served on the board of directors of more than half a dozen private companies and two publicly traded companies. In addition, Mr. Garahan brings to Q.Know extensive management and financial oversight experience, as well as deep knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. |
