Peter Dominici is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience in the finance and accounting industries. Pete has fine-tuned financial and operational expertise in SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliancy, budgeting and forecasting, corporate finance, investment banking, operational reporting and analysis, cash management, internal and external audit procedures, mergers and acquisitions, and manufacturing and distribution processes. Pete previously served staffing firm Kforce, Inc. (formerly Romac International, Inc.) in various executive roles including Operational Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer and as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. During Pete’s tenure at Kforce, Inc., the Company grew from approximately $3M in revenue in 1986 to nearly $800M in revenue in 2001, with franchised offices growing from 5 to over 100. As Chief Financial Officer, Pete was responsible for Kforce, Inc.’s Initial Public Offering and Secondary Offerings. As Operational Vice President, Pete was responsible for transforming the Company’s website from a brochure-ware state to a career-focused, internet portal for candidates and client companies that was fully integrated into all branch offices. Prior to joining Focus Management Group, Pete began consulting firm Dominici Enterprises, Inc., in which he served as CEO and President. The consulting firm specialized in providing business planning, operation, financial and management consulting services to its clients that range from personnel staffing firms to alternative energy technology companies. In other prior roles, Pete served as an Audit Manager for Pender, McNulty & Newkirk, a Tampa, FL public accounting firm, where he managed all the Company’s financial audits. Pete began his career as a Staff Accountant/Audit Manager for Urbach, Kahn & Werlin, an Albany, NY public accounting firm, where his responsibilities included extensive audit, tax and public company reporting. Pete has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bryant College. He is a recipient of the KForce, Inc. Lifetime Achievement Award. |
