Mr. Deliso has served as general counsel and secretary since June 1994 and as senior vice president, New Ventures since October 2005. Mr. Deliso previously served as vice president, Corporate Development from January 2000 to October 2005 and served as the Company’s interim chief executive officer from March 2005 to October 2005. Prior to joining LCC, he served as corporate counsel for Mobile Telecommunications Technologies Corp. (Mtel) and its various domestic and international subsidiaries. Prior to his employment with Mtel, Mr. Deliso was with the law firm of Garvey, Schubert & Barer, specializing in international, corporate and securities. |
