Peter Craig specializes almost 100% of his time representing Corporations on their Real Estate portfolios throughout Europe and Africa. He currently handles transactions in the EMEA region with over 80% of his projects outside his own UK base. Peter qualified in 1970 as a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). He has worked for many years in advising manufacturing and service industries throughout the United Kingdom and Europe and has considerable experience in both real estate and construction services. In 1999, he was elected UK Corporate Real Estate Adviser of the Year by NACORE/IDRC the first ever in the UK. Prior to working with Mohr / Martindale CRE from 2000, he was an International Partner with GVA Grimley in London having previously also held other roles in the 25 years he was with that company, including managing partner of the London office. He was also responsible for opening their Brussels office and creating a European network for GVA Europe. In 1999, he resigned from the position of being a partner to concentrate 100% on advising international corporate clients in order to utilize his experience and contacts especially across Europe. When with GVA Grimley, his clients included General Motors, Johnson & Johnson, Campbell Soups, Delphi Automotive Systems and many others. Indeed he still undertakes services from time to time on the last three of these. His recent projects include acquisitions and disposals and other consultancy services in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Germany, Scandinavia, the Czech Republic and others. However in the past few years, he has been involved in almost every country in western and central Europe as well as Russia, South Africa and elsewhere. Peter speaks reasonable French and indeed he is also the Directeur du Development International of Hayter International, Chartered Surveyors, based in Paris who work closely with Mohr / Martindale CRE. |
