Peter Corcoran is Regional Director of First Industrial Realty Trust's Philadelphia region. He oversees acquisitions, dispositions, developments, build-to-suits, asset management and lease negotiations for the Company’s Philadelphia portfolio. Mr. Corcoran has more than 22 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Corcoran was director of development for Opus East, where he was responsible for their development projects in New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania. Prior to that, he was a vice president at GMH Capital Partners, where he focused on asset management, leasing and the redevelopment of a suburban office project. Earlier in his career, Mr. Corcoran was regional portfolio manager for Bell Atlantic Properties, where he was responsible for the operations and leasing of nearly 3 million square feet of commercial real estate. He began his career at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was active in office and industrial sales and leasing throughout Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.
He is a licensed real estate salesman in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and his professional affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Mr. Corcoran earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Drexel University and is currently enrolled in Temple University’s Real Estate Institute. |
