Peter Bryant is the Founder and President of TransTech USA, a corporate advisory firm that assists companies in developing successful strategies for product commercialization and sustainable innovation. He has over 24 years of experience working within the global technology market as an entrepreneur and in general management for larger enterprises, including GE Information Services and Computer Associates. Peter is a leading authority on successful commercialization of technology solutions and innovation strategy development. His previous roles include Clear Technology (CEO), InfoNow (President), Mincom (Vice President of Operations, North America), and Computer Associates (Vice President of New Business and COO of Asia Pacific operations). Peter's operational experience, ability to identify and extract value from complex technologies and his familiarity raising capital and working within the aegis of the private equity industry provide him unique insights into the industry. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University in Wellington New Zealand and has completed studies at the Kellogg School of Management. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a CPA from the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants. Peter has been a speaker at various IT and industry conferences in the U.S., is an active member of The Rocky Mountain Venture Club and the ANZA Technology Network, and is an active advisor to the CTEK Angel Investor group.
