Peter Blackmore is president of Unisys worldwide sales and marketing and serves on the company s board of directors. Mr. Blackmore is the former executive vice president of Hewlett-Packard s Customer Solutions Group. He also served as executive vice president of the Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Systems Group. Prior to Compaq Computer s merger with Hewlett-Packard, Mr. Blackmore was Compaq s executive vice president of sales and services. He joined Compaq in 1991 and served in many capacities, including senior vice president and general manager of worldwide sales and marketing, and senior vice president and general manager for North America. Prior to joining Compaq, Mr. Blackmore was marketing director for Rank Xerox UK. He also held senior sales management and marketing management positions in the United Kingdom and internally for Burroughs. Mr. Blackmore was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge, and holds a master s degree in economics.
