Mr. Knight has been a Director of the Company since June 2000. Mr. Knight has been President of Generation Investment Management US, a London-based asset management company, since August 2004. From 2001-2003, he was a Managing Director of MetWest Financial. Prior to that, Mr. Knight’s business experience included serving as general counsel of Medicis Pharmaceutical and a practicing attorney. Mr. Knight’s experience also includes serving as chief of staff to Al Gore when Mr. Gore was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives and later the U.S. Senate and holding senior positions with four presidential campaigns, including serving as campaign manager for the successful 1996 re-election of President Clinton. Mr. Knight currently serves as a director of Medicis Pharmaceutical Corp. and Par Pharmaceuticals. He is also a director of Schroders’ mutual fund and hedge fund family, a member of the Cornell University College of Arts and Sciences Advisory Council, and the Johnson Schools Center for Sustainable Global Enterprise. |
