Peter R. Buchler joined the Company in December 2003 as Worldwide Commercial Manager. In May 2005 he was named Vice President of Asia Pacific and in January 2006 he became Vice President, Commercial and Subcontracts. Prior to joining Global, he was a key asset disposition negotiator for the debtor in possession, Enron Corp., following his serving as a Director of the Executive Vice President, CAO, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Cooperheat-MQS, Inc. Prior to this he held numerous positions with McDermott International, Inc., including numerous years as Assistant General Counsel for Corporate, Shipbuilding, Industrial Services and Marine Construction. He has over 30 years of experience in the offshore engineering, project management and marine construction industry. |
