Peter R. Baronoff serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sun Capital HealthCare, Inc. He is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sun Capital, Inc., a leading financial services organization that provides working capital for a variety of commercial industries, and Promise Healthcare, Inc., a national hospital organization that owns and manages 12 facilities in six states with strategic development plans for rapid expansion.

Mr. Baronoff brings more than 25 years of senior-level leadership to Sun Capital HealthCare, Inc. Prior to co-founding these three companies, he was a successful business owner and executive for several international private and public companies. Mr. Baronoff has taken a leadership position in the Long-Term Acute Care Hospital industry and was recently elected president of the Acute Long-Term Hospital Association (ALTHA), a membership of more than 270 long-term acute care hospitals in 29 states. He also serves his community as a publicly elected member of the Boca Raton City Council.
