Mr. Gotsch has served as a member of HWC’s Board of Directors since 1997. He has been a member of Code Hennessy & Simmons LLC since 1997 and employed by its affiliates since 1989. He holds a B.A. degree from St. Olaf College and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of The Hillman Companies, Inc. and on the Board of Directors of Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. |
