Peter J. Lazardes is executive vice president and general manager of Pactiv’s Foodservice/ Food Packaging Business. Lazaredes joined Tenneco Packaging in conjunction with its 1996 acquisition of Amoco Foam Products. Since 1996 Lazaredes held various senior management positions in Tenneco Packaging’s Specialty Packaging unit, including responsibility for the marketing and sales of rigid and flexible containers to the foodservice and institutional markets. He spent 15 years with Amoco Foam Products in sales and marketing positions for packaging, fabrics and fibers divisions. In 1992 he was named general manager of Amoco’s tableware business unit.
