Peter has litigated complex patent disputes across technological fields as diverse as telecommunications and sports equipment. He has an equally broad range of experience in trademark litigation and portfolio management, with a practice spanning from speech recognition technologies to wines and distilled spirits, financial services to athletic cleats, and across many other industries. Experience Successfully represented nationally known companies in high-stakes trademark litigation. Represented trademark licensor Hambrecht Wine Group d/b/a Belvedere Winery with respect to federal infringement litigation concerning its termination of a license for use of the Winery's BELVEDERE trademark with vodka. After the parties cross-moved for summary judgment, the Court held that Belvedere Winery validly terminated its license and that defendant was infringing the Winery's BELVEDERE trademark. The litigation settled shortly thereafter. Represented clients in patent disputes involving an array of varied technologies.
