Peter H. Foley Executive Vice-President Mr. Foley is an Executive Vice President of InCap Group, Inc. and President of InCap Securities, Inc., our broker-dealer. He focuses on M&A and capital raising transactions for asset management firms, focusing in particular on funding from private equity firms. Pete is a 35-year veteran of the securities industry. He has worked in many areas of the securities business, including investment banking, institutional sales and trading, retail sales and sales management. He has worked at a number of leading firms, including Paine Webber, Jefferies & Co., Oppenheimer & Co. and Laidlaw, Adams & Peck. He is well known throughout the securities industry as a "turn-around" expert. As branch office manager, he was able to turn 14 offices profitable in a time span of less than 5 months. 6 of those branches were raw startups and the other 8 were siginificantly losing money. Mr. Foley is a 1965 graduate of Drexel University and was a 1st Lieutenant in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. He holds his Series 7, Series 24, and Series 63 licenses.
