Mr. Wong has over 20 years of cumulative experience in the municipal bond business-that include experience as a governmental capital budget analyst, bond insurance credit analyst, and public finance investment banker. Mr. Wong brings to public issuers considerable experience in structuring complex lease transactions (leveraged and synthetic leases, and CLO pool asset securitization for leasing companies), and developing financial plans for large capital programs for major cities. Mr. Wong has worked on municipal leases originating from over 23 different states.On public-private partnership projects, Mr. Wong served on the asset valuation team for the proposed $16 billion lease-sale of the Harris County Toll Road Authority; advisor to a U.S. consortium on an overseas air cargo terminal with SFO as lead management team member; risk advisor to the Chevron Overseas Petroleum Company on a petroleum seaport; and financial advisor to General Electric’s ICS Water Division on privatization matters.Mr. Wong is a graduate of Columbia University, MBA, and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
