Peter C. Howell has served as advisor to various business enterprises in the areas of acquisitions marketing and financial reporting from 1997 to the present; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Signature Brands USA Inc. (formerly known as Health o meter Inc.) from August 1994 to August 1997; and President Chief Executive Officer and a director of Mr. Coffee inc. from 1989 to 1994.
