Mr. Van Deventer is a shareholder in the Firm’s Litigation Group. He focuses his practice primarily on the product liability/insurance personal injury defense field. His work has included substantial involvement in product liability aviation, property and casualty, toxic tort, professional liability and automobile litigation. He has represented self-insureds, publicly and privately held corporations and insurance companies. He has also represented insurance carriers in both insurance coverage and subrogation litigation. Mr. Van Deventer has been appointed as a Civil Arbitrator in six venues.
