Mr. Meyer joined the MetaMorphix® Board of Directors in 1998. With more than 30 years of experience in agribusiness, he is currently president of PMI Consultants, a firm he founded in 1982 to develop ventures, acquisition and divestiture opportunities, and investment strategies for companies involved in the domestic and international food, feed, and fermentation industries. Mr. Meyer previously served as Vice President of Archer Daniels Midland Co. and Vice President of Marketing, Technology, and Sales for Nabisco Brands, Inc., and held the posts of Vice President of Corporate Development and President of the International Division for Sucrest, Inc. Mr. Meyer is a Director of Bank of America, Illinois . He received a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from New York University . |
