Mr. Bendicksen is a Shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Albuquerque office. As a member of the firm’s Corporate & Business Group, he focuses on private equity, venture capital, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. His clients include private equity and venture capital funds and their investors, investment banking firms and emerging technology companies. Mr. Bendicksen’s wide-ranging transactional experience includes venture capital fund formation, private equity fund investments, and project financing. Mr. Bendicksen has served as underwriters’ and disclosure counsel for issuance of municipal bonds as well as bond counsel. Prior to joining Brownstein in 2003, Mr. Bendicksen practiced in the Albuquerque and Santa Fe offices of Sutin, Thayer and Browne, where he was a shareholder, firm president and CEO. Before moving to New Mexico, he was a partner in the New York office of McDermott, Will & Emery. |
