Penny is a partner with Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP in New York. As a trial lawyer she handles complex civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States. She also has extensive experience in handling large domestic and international arbitrations. Ms. Reid has an accounting background and as a result, handles a number of arbitrations and litigations involving accounting disputes, as well as internal investigations for major corporations. Penny earned her BBA and JD, with honors, from the University of Texas. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association and the Texas Bar Association. She is a former member of the North Texas Make-A-Wish Board of Directors and a current member of the New York Chapter Make-A-Wish Advisory Board. Penny was appointed to the National Board in July 2006. |
