Mr. Segelke is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group at LeClairRyan. His practice focuses on corporate and business law with an emphasis on advising closely held businesses in all manner of transactions. Mr. Segelke has experience in the areas of entity formation, reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and financing. Mr. Segelke has worked with a wide variety of emerging technology companies including asset tracking technology, nanotechnology, internet, and wireless tower development. Mr. Segelke serves as LeClair Ryan’s representative on the Virginia Economic Development Partnership’s Virginia Leaders in Export Trade Program focusing on assisting small businesses in Virginia develop their export trade.
