Ms. Reid joined the company in 1998 as senior vice president of operations, and was later named executive vice president and chief operating officer in February 2001. She manages accounting, office services, technical services, client services, client relationship management, human resources, advisory services and training for all U.S. locations. Prior to joining IPS-Sendero, Reid was senior vice president of operations for State Savings Bank, a three billion dollar institution headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. During her 24-year tenure, Reid managed the bank’s information systems group and credit card services, in addition to its electronic banking, call center and checking account/deposit services operations. |
