One year experience as a legal secretary in Nursing Home Malpractice defense, Medical Malpractice defense, Insurance Defense litigation and Insurance Claims litigation along with Products Liability defense. Responsibilities include managing document intensive employment class action and nursing home litigation defense cases; organizing and analyzing medical records and other documents in medical malpractice; performing legal research; drafting pleadings and correspondence; summarizing depositions; interviewing witnesses and prospective witnesses; preparing trial documents and exhibits and assisting attorneys in trial.
