Paula M. Mitchell is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. She is a member of the Trial Department.
Prior to joining McDermott, Paula worked on litigation and insurance defense matters for law firms in Los Angeles and New York.
Paula was a law clerk for the Honorable Arthur L. Alarcón, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, from September 2005-September 2006. She was a BAP law clerk for the Honorable Erithe A. Smith, United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Ninth Circuit from March 2004-September 2005.
Paula is a member of the American Society of International Law. She is admitted to practice in California, New York and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
