Paul Regulinski is responsible for Program Management, Sales and Marketing at Lucix Corporation. Paul has over 21 years of space systems and satellite payload design and manufacturing experience. Prior to joining Lucix in March of 2003, Regulinski served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of ICO Global Communications, in London, England. Regulinski led the engineering and procurement teams, and had responsibility for the design and implementation of the twelve satellite global Space and Ground System Infrastructure. Prior to ICO, Regulinski served as Vice-President for Engineering at Teledesic LLC, a system of Ka-Band LEO satellites for global data services. Prior to Teledesic, Regulinski spent 17 years in a variety of engineering, development, manufacturing and management positions at Hughes Space and Communications in El Segundo, California. At Hughes, Regulinski managed the department responsible for commercial communication payload design, integration and test. He also was involved in the development of several satellite product lines at Hughes, including the platforms for the Hughes HS601, 601HP, and 702. Regulinski holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California. |
