Paul l. H. Olson is one of the founding, executive officers of Sterling Commerce, Inc., a major pacesetter in global E-commerce. In just over 5 years, as Group President, his leadership contributed to explosive growth resulting in 40,000 customers in 35 countries and revenue topping $600 million. In early 2000, SBC Communications, Inc. acquired the business for $4 billion. Currently, he is executive vice president for institutional advancement at Bethel University in St. Paul Minnesota. He also serves as a board member and advisor for several companies and non-profit organizations. Olson is recognized as a pioneer of today’s E-commerce business-to-business industry, and holds an Ed. D. in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, and a BA-Mathematics from Macalester College. Paul and his wife, Pam, have three children. |
