Paul Oldham was appointed Vice President, Treasurer and Director of Investor Relations in September 2004. Prior to that he was Vice President and Corporate Controller. Oldham joined Tektronix in 1987 and has held numerous positions within the company's financial operations. He previously served as vice president and controller of European Operations, where he was responsible for Pan European accounting, finance, and treasury activities. He also served as division controller for the measurement business.
Prior to joining Tektronix, Oldham worked for Exxon Company USA as an operational auditor and IBM Corporate as an accountant.
Oldham holds a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Brigham Young University. Oldham serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of the Columbia-Willamette. |
