Paul's role in the Johnson Capital's Dallas office is to originate HUD insured loans for multifamily, senior housing and healthcare developments. He also originates conventional commercial loans. He has 14 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and has been designated as a HUD MAP underwriter for both apartment and health care loans. He has processed and closed loans with HUD offices in Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Francisco, Portland, Denver, Oklahoma City, Houston, San Antonio and Fort Worth. Paul has originated loans for GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation and Prudential Huntoon Paige. He is a founding board member and secretary of the HUD Southwest Mortgagee Advisory Board. He is also a member of the Texas Real Estate Council, the Healthcare Financial Manager’s Association and the Texas Apartment Association. |
