After 19 years of retail experience at various levels, Paul McKenna has worked for industry leaders like Bullock’s/Bullock’s Wilshire, Macy’s, Robinson’s May and the Broadway. Mr. McKenna possesses over a decade of experience in transactional marketing operations, warehouse/fulfillment, inventory and customer care at such companies as Kent & Spiegel, Newstar Media, One World Networks and Buckhead Marketing & Distribution. Mr. McKenna selects and maintains fulfillment centers and the outside services needed to support multiple products. He also oversees the processing of all direct response, international and retail orders, reviews fulfillment invoicing and setup, provides analysis and reports on fulfillment and customer service. |
