Paul has more than 20 years experience in the design, development and deployment of software products. He is responsible for overseeing the company's research and development activities and development initiatives, including managing the engineering teams, providing technical strategy guidance, and developing enterprise level products and solutions. Previously, Paul served in a variety of development management roles, where he oversaw and contributed to the development of Castel telecommunications hardware and software products. Prior to joining the Castel team, he held executive management positions with IPL Systems Inc. and Nova Biomedical. Throughout his career Paul has lead teams in creating technically advanced, architecturally sound, feature-rich software products. Paul attended Southern New Hampshire University and has a degree in Computer Science. |
