Mr. Litwack was appointed to the Board of Directors of FACT in January 2003. Currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DA-TECH CORPORATION, an electronic manufacturing services company, Mr. Litwack’s former career focus was the food industry. During the five years prior to joining DA-TECH, Mr. Litwack was Chief Executive Officer of Frankford Chocolate & Candy Company. From 1990 to 1993, Mr. Litwack served with Northfield Foods Inc. as Vice President Marketing/Sales and General Manager of their Ashe County Division. Prior to that, Mr. Litwack served as the Director of New Products and then the Director of Frozen Desserts for Kraft General Foods’ Dairy Products Division. Mr. Litwack earned a BS in Engineering from Brown University in 1976 and an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce in 1978. |
