Paul was the founding CEO of Atria Software where he built a business that developed, distributed, and supported a high-end configuration management system for large software development teams. Paul took Atria public in 1994, and merged it with Pure Software in 1996. Pure Software ultimately merged with Rational in 1997 before Rational was acquired by IBM. Prior to Atria, Paul spent 8 years at Apollo Computer, and before that several years at Prime Computer. At Morgenthaler, Paul has been involved in a wide range of information technology companies. Among these has been Aptis Communications (an access box company acquired by Nortel), NBX (an IP telephony company acquired by 3COM), BlueGill (an electronic bill presentment company acquired by CheckFree), WebSpective (a Website management system company acquired by Inktomi), Fiber Optics Network Solutions (a passive fiber solutions company acquired by ADT), and StarGen Technologies (acquired by Dolphin Interconnect Systems). He currently serves on the boards of CLK Design Automation, Sionex Corporation, and foonz. Paul is based in Lexington, MA. |
