Paul Langevin, Chief Financial Officer : Paul Langevin is 3001’s Chief Financial Officer and a member of the senior management team. He provides executive leadership in and is accountable for the company’s overall fiscal and administrative infrastructure including finance and accounting, planning, contracts, IT, and human resources. With 20 years experience in government and commercial contracting, Mr. Langevin has broad achievements in both private industry and public service.

Prior to joining 3001 in October 2007, Mr. Langevin was most recently the Chief Financial Officer and member of the senior management team at SiloSmashers, Inc., a Washington area management-consulting firm. Throughout his career, Mr. Langevin has held similar leadership positions in large international companies and contributed strategically to growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. Major initiatives to which Mr. Langevin has contributed in leadership roles include numerous mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of various size and complexity, company divestitures, and system conversions including a major implementation and transformation of world-class business systems. Mr. Langevin has an established track record of innovative process improvements, government contracting expertise, and positive team building.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts N. Dartmouth, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in business, majoring in accounting and finance. He is an honorably discharged U.S. Army veteran, and passed the CPA examination in Virginia.
