In his role as Vice President Ethanol Sales Paul Kreter is responsible for the development and execution of VeraSun’s ethanol sales and distribution strategy.
Kreter brings a wealth of experience and an impressive 25 year track record in the petrochemical industry. Previously he served as Senior Account Executive for Methanex Methanol Company the world’s largest producer and marketer of methanol. During his seven-year tenure at Methanex Kreter was responsible for sales to some of the largest methanol consumers in the world including Lyondell BP ExxonMobil and Valero. Kreter began his career as a research chemist ultimately transitioning into sales of chemicals and MTBE at ARCO Chemical Co.
Kreter graduated from the University of California Riverside with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and he earned an MBA from the University of Delaware and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Ohio State University. |
