Paul Kemp, J.D. is general counsel for CareTech Solutions. He is responsible for managing all legal matters that affect the corporation. Paul’s areas of expertise involve all facets of corporate law from formations, acquisitions, and divestitures, to contract negotiation and drafting, to creditor-side insolvency strategies. Paul also has experience in intellectual property matters and in the statutory and regulatory regime that governs the company’s business practices, including HIPAA and Stark. Paul serves as the company’s internal compliance officer. Paul is a graduate of the University of Michigan-Dearborn and the University of Michigan Law School. He is a member of the Michigan Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Association of Corporate Counsel. Previously, he has been associated with the law firms of Clark Hill PLC and Pepper Hamilton LLP. |
