PAUL HUGHES currently serves as our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, positions he has held since June of 2007. From July 2005 to December 2006, Mr. Hughes was the Chief Operating Officer of Dynamotive Energy Systems Corporation, a company located in Vancouver, Canada. In April 2002, he
co-founded Tersus Energy PLC, a company listed on Alternative Investment Market ("AIM"), and served as its Chief Operating Officer until June 2005. From December 2000 to April 2002, Mr. Hughes served as the Managing Director for Europe and Global Head of Capital Projects of Pantellos Group, a uropean business-to-business e-commerce company focusing on the provision of supply chain solutions to utility and energy sectors. He is an Associate Chartered Accountant and holds an Executive MBA from Ashridge Business School in the United Kingdom. He also headed U.S. business development and strategic planning
for TXU, Inc. in North America and has negotiated multiple transactions across Europe. |
